ClickUp tries to do everything, and mostly succeeds. The AI content generation is helpful for writing user stories and the 15+ views mean everyone can work how they prefer. But it's overwhelming at first - we're still discovering features after 6 months.

Pros: Comprehensive feature set, AI content generation, Multiple view options
Cons: Overwhelming interface, Steep learning curve, Performance can be sluggish
